When you were a student, you might just worry about your grade and score.

But once you graduated, you might be ignorant.

However, the truth is that current efforts are eternal.

Hpmont appeared many new faces in this summer.

In order to let the new graduates smoothly change their roles, adapt to the company's environment, and better integrate into the Hpmont family, the company held a 2019 new staff general manager meeting on July 15th, 2019.

The host firstly introduced the heads of the company's departments to the new employees, helping the new employees to better understand the main business of the company's various departments.

On the self-introduction part,everyone chatted with each other excitedly.

 In the witness of so many new members, the company awarded the 'intermediate/deputy senior engineer' to whom obtained the national certification, which aims to encourage employees to keep innovation and create a positive spirit of Hpmont.
