This 7-motor control system uses Hpmont HV01 series touch screen+HC10 series IPLC+HD50 series frequency converter, which can respond to system instructions in time, control tension smoothly, avoid material breaking or deformation and reduce material waste.

Scheme features

1. The synchronization of retraction and retraction is fast, which ensures accurate color registration.

2. Hd50-t tension-free feedback torque control is adopted for system winding, speed is closed-loop, and the tension can also be calculated by iPLC system. Given the output torque of frequency converter, the frequency converter only needs to set torque control.

3. The tension control function of frequency converter can be used in unwinding system, and the calculated torque signal given by iPLC can also be received. At present, magnetic powder brake is used in the unwinding part. The system can calculate the unwinding diameter of the drum according to the photoelectric signal or encoder signal.
